How To Shop With Us

Anyone (including non-business individuals) can shop with us wholesale / bulk. No resale or business license is needed. We ship to every state including Hawaii. We have an order minimum of $75.00 before shipping ($300 minimum for Hawaii and International Orders). We charge the actual shipping cost that we receive to send your box. There are no additional handling or box fees.

We only collect sales tax in California. If you desire a tax free purchase, you will need to create an account on our site and provide a resale license number, which can be emailed to customerservice@bulkairplants.com. We can then apply tax free status to your account so anytime you shop with us in the future, your cart will not reflect tax.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day. During holidays and busy times it can take up to 2 business days for your order to ship. You will be notified of any delays.

Yes! We ship to most countries outside of the EU. The minimum order is $300 USD for international shipping. Please visit our International Shipping FAQ page for more information.

We guarantee that your plants will arrive to you in good condition. If the plants arrive damaged, please send a photo over within 48 hours of receiving and we will credit you for replacements on your next order.
NOTE: If you area is getting cold temps, we highly recommend adding the Winter Shipping Upgrade (available here) to your order. We do NOT cover damage due to cold unless the Winter Shipping Upgrade is purchased.
Our nursery is licensed and inspected by the state of California (License #C2182.001). We also hold regular and protected plant permits from the USDA. All plants sold by Bulk Air Plants are certified to have not been taken from nature and are sustainably propagated.
