Shipping FAQs

  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day. You will be notified of any delays. Most orders are delivered to our customers within 5 days of us receiving the order. Holidays will cause an additional few days of transit time. 
  • Orders ship Monday - Friday by 5pm PST via USPS Priority or UPS Ground Depending on the best price available. 
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Phyto required for Hawaii (Email us for details)  
  • International shipping is available at this time for select countries (Email us for details).
  • We are NOT responsible for any plants that die due to cold temps. If your area receives cold winter temperatures, it is imperative that you add a heat pack to your order. You can find the heat packs on our Accessories page. 
  • After ordering, you will receive detailed tracking information about your shipment, including when the package is out for delivery. Please plan on being ready to receive your package when it arrives. We are not responsible for plant damage or death due to excessive heat or cold from being left in a mailbox. 
  • If your plants are severely damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, send us a photo of the damaged plants and we will issue a full refund for the price of the plant. 
  • When plants arrive at your home, feel free to give them a few dunks in water to revitalize them.
