Refund policy
Due to the live nature of our product and cross contamination potential, we do not allow returns of live plants, but we do have a happiness guarantee. We will refund any plant that arrives to you in bad condition as long as you are able to provide photographic evidence of the issue. If the damage was caused by the carrier who handled the shipping of your package, the claim will need to be made through them for the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Hard Goods / Accessories
For returns on hard goods, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receiving the hard goods back to our location, we will issue a full refund for those items (minus a 20% restocking fee) to the original payment method used.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will process refunds to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
