DESCRIPTION: This variety of Araujei grows along a stem and tends to have a light purple color at the leaf tips. This color can be encouraged by keeping the plant in good light. When in bloom, Araujei produces a beautiful pink flower from its center. This bloom contrasts against the plant's deep green and purple foliage nicely.
Araujei Purple is a hardy air plant that we recommend for new Tillandsia enthusiasts. Araujei is endemic to Brazil.
