DESCRIPTION: These beautiful miniature Tillandsia only grow to be a few inches at their largest. They are in the same subgenus as pedicellata. This subgenus is named Diaphoranthema and is comprised of all miniature plants. Tricholepsis are self pollinating and produce a beautiful yellow flower when in bloom. This is a great plant to mount on cork bark and watch it form offsets along the bark. This is a very rare species that we have a limited stock of. Most of the ones you receive will have 2-4 offset heads growing.
